Yes. Knockout, eliminator, and last man standing are names for the same game: pick one team a week to win, never repeat a team, and outlast the field. We call it Survivor.
No. Only the host pays: $14.99 per season to publish, or 3 Hosting Credits if you host in bulk. That covers any group size.
Your call as host. By default, a missed week costs the entry a strike. Or turn on Auto-Pick: an entry with no pick gets an Auto-Pick at the week's first kickoff, its biggest unused favorite in Survivor, or its biggest unused underdog in Losers. It counts as a used team.
Yes. Start at Week 2 or any later week you choose. Entries close when the last game of the start week kicks off, so a Tuesday group-chat idea can still make the weekend.
